Yamaha keyboard music stand bracket - CP Series
Description
With 2 of these brackets, you can make whatever size music stand you would like for Yamaha CP Series keyboards. The OEM music stand from Yamaha pushes into the 2 plastic bushings on the back of the keyboard. That didn't seem like a very secure connection, so I did the following: 1. Enlarge hole in each plastic bushings with 1/4" drill bit 2. Tap 1/4" hole to receive 5/16-18 bolt 3. Attach each bracket using a plastic knob with 5/16" stud The 2 upper holes in the bracket accept 1/4"-20 bolts. For reference, the dimensions of the music stand shown is 40" x 12" x 1.75"
