2:1 Demo GearBox Design for 3D Printing
Description
This is a demonstration of a 2:1 gearbox design. The Right Angle is 1:1: the helical gear set is 2:1 output. The shafting is all 5/8" Dia. All the parts are tolerance with a clearance fit of 0.35mm between mating parts. Even the bearings have been tested to print with no support. Enjoy the print. I have only printed the right angle gears which work great. Enjoy!
