No screws or bolts needed. 3 types of cases for 3 types of fans: 50x50x10mm, 40x40x10mm and 30x30x10mm. You need just to clue fan to the place. Case is rigid, all walls 2 mm. Easy to print (only one bridge 10 mm). In my opinion best option is 40 mm 5V fan connected to 3.3 v line. Works great under any stress test. Noise is quite low.
