EZOut V2 Extrusion Mount for Ender 3/3 Pro
Description
I needed a better way to mount my TH3D EZOut V2 filament sensor because the others that I found on the website didn't work for me and my set up. I created it using Fusion 360 and taking components from 2 other Thingiverse creations (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3886895 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3023481). Designed so the wires face the back of the printer and the sensors green light is facing outward. Also designed to work with the Ender 3 Filament Roller Guide (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3052488). For me, printing with 30% infill worked just fine and is extremely sturdy. It should already be in the desired printing position, with the arm out above the print bed. This is the only part that need supports (touching buildplate recommended). The endcap might be the slightest bit too big and need to be tapped in with a hammer, but I kept it that way to ensure it wouldn't be too loose and fall out. Additionally, the center and upper part of the extrusion mount end might need the smallest bit of cleaning up as there are no supports there. Parts needed: - Two M3x16 screws This is my first published design! Please comment with feedback and post your makes!
