Wheel chair seat rail guide

we bought this wheelchair for my sister from a second-hand store so she could check out Comic-con after her foot surgery and the seat rail guides were broken, so we did a crappy fix. couple years later and I have this printer now and my parents are giving the chair to a friend and didn't want to give them it with the stupid bracket I put on so I made new rail guides for it I made it using tinker cad as I have no experience designing things. rod that goes into the seat tube is 19.5mm x 18.8mm (.76 x .74 inches) part that grabs on to the rail is 21.6mm (.82 inches wide) so it can grab on to the 22.3mm (.88 inch) rail tube
