TPU/TPE needled holder for MPCNC needle cutter
Description
To be used in conjunction with this great needle cutter attachment for the MPCNC: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2450613 Print with 90-99% infill with either TPE or TPU. DO NOT PRINT WITH RIGID MATERIAL, it doesn't work and breaks everything. The needle hole is sized for 0.030 MIG wire, but should works with a few sizes of wire. The flex of the material is critical to hold the wire in place and prevent breaks from sharp bending at the bearing. This piece is made for 8mm OD bearing on the flywheel.
