Sensory Board Toy - Rollers
Description
This is a toy I've designed for a sensory board that I'm building for my child. A set of 6 rollers held between 3 brackets. The rollers' shafts are 11 mm in diameter and holes are 11.1 mm which provides nice snug fit. The holes on top are counterbore and are designed for M4 cap head bolts. All edges apart from the bottom ones are rounded for safety. I've used Prusa i3 MK 2. The material is PLA. With 10% infill and 0.15 mm layer size, printing one bracket takes about 2h 45min.
