CCTV Raspberry Pi Camera
Description
This is a Raspberry Pi Camera w/Infrared and PoE. My first version was a sealed unit but learned quickly the IR put’s out a lot of heat. Internal temps at night was 130 degrees F. Now with the fan during the day the internal is at 80-81 and at night with the IR the internal temp is 83. This is still work in progress but I thought it was time to make it public, due to print time of all components and my job I wanted to see some remixes. I currently have 2 and I’m planning for another 5 all outside. What I am unsure about is the 60Degree, Might look at the 45 Degree next version. https://www.amazon.com/uxcell-Infrared-Degree-Illuminator-Security/dp/B07PWM58B9/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=uxcell+72+led+850nm+ir+infrared+board&qid=1574557772&s=electronics&sr=1-3 NETGEAR 5-Port Gigabit Ethernet Unmanaged PoE Switch (GS305P) - with 4 x PoE @ 55W, Desktop, Sturdy Metal Fanless Housing https://www.amazon.com/NETGEAR-Gigabit-Ethernet-Unmanaged-Desktop/dp/B01MRO4M73/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=NETGEAR+5-Port+Gigabit+Ethernet+Unmanaged+PoE&qid=1574557802&s=electronics&sr=1-3 Comment - Cheapest PoE switch I could find and it's working without issue for the cameras. I printed all components at .1mm layers Housing – I printed Vertical 20% infill, support and raft BallScrew – Printed Ball Up, No Supports, Shell Thickness 1.6, Infill 50% Locknut – Brim, No Supports, 100% infill SocketNut Socket Up, Supports, Shell Thickness 1.6, Infill 50% Sleds – I have not printed the V2 yet, been working with the Fisheye Lens which has a different base mount. Shell 1.6, Infill 50%. Wall(Mounts) – Since the BallSocket only has about 30% angle, I’ve included other mounts for different angles. Print these base Down 50% infill I’m using a 2mm Plexiglass for the cover, cut to 77mm. The lens requires the glass to be in 2 pieces because the IR reflex. Still working but the center should be around 18mm with a 3D printed separator. So I can get them right I’m making a CNC machine. Hope to have completed by the end of the year. Threaded Items, Once supports removed, work slow and add some soap to the treads, they work great once cleaned. I included the CAD designs, All created in DesignSpark so you can modify as needed. The picture is with the 15 degree housing, this housing does not work well with the Fisheye lens so I only included the housing with a flat housing. But both are in DesignSpark files. Can’t wait for the comments and remixes, but be easy on me. This is my FIRST 3D Printer Project and still have much to learn.
