Improvements to generation 1.0: - update of the quick-change system to generation 1.2, this prevents the soap holder from unintentionally unlocking when the soap sticks. Here I designed a soap holder with <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3339048">Quick Change System in FreeCAD. The holder is attached to a quick-change plate, so it can be removed quickly and without tools for cleaning. The quick-change plate is fastened with 3 to 4mm countersunk screws or glued to a wall / flow with double-sided adhesive tape. It is important that the adhesive tape has a drying time of up to 72 hours (3 days) depending on the adhesive, and that the surface is free of dust and grease. I have printed the components from PETG. The small pins are glued into the holes on the back of the soap holder with one or two drops of (fast curing) epoxy resin. The quick-release plate should be printed with four outer lines. For the soap holder I have activated support on the printing bed. Hier habe ich einen Seifenhalter mit <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3339048">Schnellwechselsystem</a> in FreeCAD konstruiert. Der Halter wird an einer Schnellwechselplatte befestigt, dadurch ist er zur Reinigung schnell und ohne Werkzeug abnehmbar. Die Schnellwechselplatte wird mit 3 bis 4mm Senkkopfschrauben befestigt oder mit doppelseitigen Klebeband an eine Wand / Fließe geklebt. Es ist wichtig, dass die Trockenzeit vom Klebeband eingehalten wird, je nach Klebstoff kann diese bis zu 72 Stunden also 3 Tagen Dauern, des Weiteren sollte die Oberfläche Staub und Fett frei sein. Ich habe die Bauteile aus PETG gedruckt. Die kleinen Stifte werden in die Löcher auf der Rückseite vom Seifenhalter mit ein / zwei Tropfen (schnell härtenden) Epoxidharz eingeklebt. Die Schnellwechselplatte sollte mit vier außenlienien gedruckt werden. Bei dem Seifenhallter habe ich Support auf dem Druckbett aktiviert. <hr>
