Perfect brain generated form prefect MRI. If you have a way of deleting inside let me know (other than manual work) EDIT: Options for printing / modifying : 1. Tilt it to minimise support usage. 2. Use some cool effects in blender like decimate or wire frame. 3. Slice a plaster of brain for cool shape. Or half. It have inside geometry. Great for time lapse :P 4. Print with large nozzle and thick layers. 5. Use only support form bed as it is hard to remove inside.
