RC Spotlight with LED (3mm)
Description
UPDATE (06.12.2019): Added fusion360 file so everybody can edit it as they want :) Added Spotlight without 3mm LED hole so it can be easily reziced without problems or needing to edit model. This is a small Spotlight with a Lense and a hole for a 3mm LED (only had a blue led) use a white led! Dimensions (complete): H: ~2.3cm W: ~1.4cm L: ~1.35cm The hole in the back fits a 3mm standard LED. For the lense you will need transparent filament I recommend printing all parts with 1.2 layer height or even lower for best result. atleast the lense should be printed with 1.2 layer height or lower to make it more round. the holder should also be printed with a lower layer height to increase strength but this is not really needed. Print the holder upside down (so the bottom side is up) and enable support touching build plate (might be possible without but got best results with support) Print the Spotlight housing with the front side up and with enabled support touching build plate! Lense without any support. Recommend printing slow to get better results (printed mine at 25mm/s). The parts will still print fast enouth. the holder and housing are quite loose to allow adjusting if you want it fixed as some glue to the holder before putting in the housing.
