Thank you very much *** ----------------- The name says it all. I had a spare Z end-stop switch from my Anet A8 (after upgrading to a bedlevel sensor) and since my Tronxy X5S-400 is in dire need of a filament runout sensor, i decided to give this a try. There are a lot of other designs out there, but i didn't want to muck around with bowden fittings etc, so i made this as simple as possible. No extra things needed except the original screws of the endstop. I do not know if all endstops will work for this, this was specifically designed for the type like the A8 endstops. If it is similar to that design, it should work. Since this design does not feature a bowden tube, it's recommended that you print this with your toughest filament, because the filament grinding through the tunnel, might hollow out the print in time. If that should happen, print it again. Or look for a design with a bowden tube. Please note that this thing is for 1.75mm filament. I designed the tunnels with a funnel at the beginning where the filament passes through, for easier filament loading. You should also be able to print this laying down, or standing upright. Whichever gives you the best quality/toughness. This is a 3gr print, so no harm in printing it twice. If you print it flat on the bed, use a smaller layer height, so that the tunnel where the filament passes through, is nice and smooth on the inside.
