Aurora Z605 300x200 bed update
Description
Conversion of the Aurora Z605 printer to a 300x200mm heated desk. The components are designed to print on the desk of the old 200x200mm printer (196x196mm print area). I also include a firmware update for the Melzi version 2.5 motherboard, so you can modify it as you wish. The original Aurora Z605 Melzi motherboard was installed in Hex format without bootloader. That's why I'm adding the motherboard bootloder with Atmega 1284P (16Mhz) processor. Uploaded via USBasp via Arduino. Bed 3mm aluminium. One uses existing parts and the other contains complete closure. (Soles, Y Engine Mount ... etc.) The EEPRM setting is applied to your own MK8 extruder and table settings. (5 button) Az Aurora Z605 típusú nyomtató átalakítása 300x200 mm-es méretű fűthető asztalra. Az alkatrészeket úgy terveztem, hogy a régi 200x200 mm-es nyomtató asztalán (196x196 mm-es nyomtatási területen) ki lehessen nyomtatni. Mellékelem a Melzi 2.5 verziójú alaplapjának firmware-frissítését is, ami tetszés szerint módosítható. Az eredeti Aurora Z605 Melzi alaplapot Hexa formátumban telepítették bootloder nélkül. Ezért mellékelem az Atmega 1284P (16Mhz) processzoros alaplap bootloder-t. A feltöltés USBasp programozóval Arduino-n keresztül történt. Asztal 3mm-es aluminium. Remélem, élvezni fogja az átalakítást ezzel az egyszerű és viszonylag jó nyomtatóval. Frissítés: 2020.01.27. Marlin v1.1.9 verzióra frissítve két nyelven. Az egyik meglévő alkatrészeket használ, a másik teljes lezárást tartalmaz. (Talp, Y motorrögzítő ... stb.) Az EEPRM beállítást a saját MK8 extruder és asztal beállításaira alkalmaztam. Egyébként ez másnál eltérhet. Az átalakítás jelenleg tesztfutás alatt áll. Később lehetséges a módosítás.
