Creality Ender 3 Direct Drive (using mostly stock parts)

Description

******Updated Jan 11 2020 with link counts and spool holder ******updated jan 15 2020 with correct drive mount link None of these are my design nor have they been changed or modified! I have converted both my Ender 3 Pro and my CR-10 mini using these parts. This is my direct drive conversion using a printed mount and printed extruder. It uses all stock parts save for the extruder extension and a couple screws for the Bullseye (the dual 5015 fans are optional). I have printed Ninjaflex at 45mm/s with this mod, but my main goal was to use 3dlabprint's premade gcode files (without modification) for their rc planes. (Yes they work perfect) Please follow printing and mounting instructions on the respectable pages for each part. Once I found the correct length for the bowden tube, I gutted the clips from the insides of the fittings, they are no longer needed as the extruder holds the tube firm. You can do this or leave them as is, I wanted it easier to remove. My parts list... DD mount Switched to this bracket, it uses the aluminum spacers and is more firm. Plus it has the cable chain mount. I used the bltouch compatible mount. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3844638 Extruder (for tpu, uses stock arm) https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3682065 ******* Note: you CAN use the stock fan housing and duct ******** Bullseye duct (because petsfang won't fit the DD mount) you may need a couple longer screws. If you are converting from all stock, use these two files. BULLSEYE_BASE_CREALITY_9.27 (the mount for the duct) Bullseye_Duct_9.27 (the duct part) https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2759439 ** Optional ****** Dual (or single 5015) fan adapter. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3419171 I run these dual quiet 5015s at 60% or less and don't hear a whisper from them. Might be overkill for cooling but they are silent (and look kinda cool). Winsinn quiet 5015 fans (12 or 24 volt avail) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WMMWHVQ I have added these cable chains and brackets also Ender 3 cable chain by jonniewhiskey (and the remixes) https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2920060 There is a remix of this with most parts needed if you look I used 20-22 links on the x rail 21-23 on the z cable 15-18 on the bed wires and the X mount https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3849353 or https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3844638 I also used this spool holder with two 608 bearings https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3382762 Since I have two Ender 3 printers and one is in the corner and hard to reach, I used this left side LCD mount https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3645317
