Dental Surgical Guide Angled Sleeve Tolerance test
Description
This is a dental surgical guide metal sleeve tolerance test designed for the Straumann T-sleeves with an internal diameter of 5mm (ref: 034.053V4). The sleeves has an outer diameter of 6,30mm. The Tolerance test is supposed to be printed directly on the printer bed and it gives you the ability to try out which guide tube offset you need to use at which angulation. The file is design with 0, 30, 45 and 90 degrees of angulation with 50μm incremental steps in offset/hole size. The file also includes a 20x5mm calibration cube in XY-axis and also two 4mm negative space calibration wells to calibrate negative spaces in XYZ-axis
