Automotive cap A0004010325 for Smart 450, 451
Description
It came to selling my Smart 450. When i mounted the old wheels i found the center caps missing. The friendly parts dealer wanted to charge me 20€ each. So i printed some for myself at the cost of about 3€ plastics and 20h on the printer. The part number A 0004010325 is also known with a leading "Q" instead of "A". They do not exactly match the original parts, but do what they are intended for: covering of the center holes. The "Smart" Logo is not included in the .stl file as i am not quite sure i am allowed to publish this. You may add your own logo there in the freecad file. Without logo you may even print that thing upside down without supports. The pictures show the caps after leaving the printer and after the aceton vapor bath. By the way: the bubbles on the surface of some parts seem to happen when room temperature drops below about 60F/16C.
