Aluminum Extrusion Drill Guide
Description
While in the process of assembling my CNC machine, I needed to drill through some of the extrusions (after they were mounted in position). This guide was the solution. The guide has five drill sizes 2mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm, and 5mm. This allows you to start smaller and build up to your final drill size. This should work on most extrusuions with 20mm slot spacing. This is printed in two parts, that are assembled using 2 M5-.8X 15mm screws. The assembly can be locked onto the extrusion using drop-in T-nuts, and some additional M5-.8 X 15mm screws The drill bits I used were purchased on ebay.
