Single Z-Motor mount for C-Bot, D-Bot w/Astrosyn damper

Single Z-Motor mount for C-Bot, D-Bot w/Astrosyn damper

Description

I am building a C-Bot with a single Z-motor driving 2 centered Leadscrews via a GT2 belt. The leadscrews are geared 2:1 by using a 20T gear on the motor and 40T gears on the screws. I wanted to use the Astrosyn dampers but found that they lowered the Z-motor to the point where the motor shaft was only inserted in the 20T gear about 5mm and even then the belt height at the motor was about 2mm lower than at the Leadscrew gears. I modified the C-Bot motor mount by extending the height of the motor mount surface by 10mm allowing the gear to fully seat on the motor shaft. I am using a Z bearing mount originally designed by Bryan Mayland, further modified by Carl Feniak. This bearing mount uses an F608ZZ flanged bearing. I have included the bearing mount files here for convenience.
