Wellgo WPD-982 Tension Adjustmentment Screw Plate
Description
I lost the tension plate for the adjustment screw on my Wellgo WPD-982 combination clipless pedals, which is made of steel. I successfully printed an equivalent in PLA that seems to work just fine. The hole is 3.8 mm threadless to be threaded as you screw in the tensioning screw. i reinforced the part around where the screw goes in. Testing it on the street, clicking in and out works flawlessly. Note that the tight fit of the screw as it is makes the adjustment screw harder to turn (which i consider a plus). Made using Tinkercad in 10 minutes. Feel free to improve.
