T8 lead screw frame brace 2020 extrusion
Description
Top of my frame was wobbly on my Tevo Tarantula, so needed a brace to stiffen everything up. Had previously replaced my Z leadscrew, so had the stock 375mm Tevo Tarantula Z lead screw spare. Rather then buying a threaded rod as I have seen in most similar designs, I decided to save some money and reuse the old leadscrew. The screw end caps twist right on to the end of the leadscrew, without the need for nuts. The brace is designed to have one end screwed into a wooden base, and the other attach to 2020 extrusion, using an M4 bolt and T nut. Extra bits needed: 4x small screws 2x M4 bolt & T nut 2x M3 bolt and nut (for hinges)
