CNC PRESSURE PLATE WITH VACUUM CHAMBER With 2in and 40mm hose connections. Pressure Plate to help machining parts difficult to secure (large sheets) to sacrificial plate (material need however to be secured!!!), and it make obsolete the necessity of "tabs", (if you are not aiming for perfection - if so... use tabs). Work best for thin materials with cuts in a single pass. It use 3d printed springs, however, is recommended to replace those for better results and extensive use. Pressure plate shoe is just flat... ensure it have a good finish surface and is recommended to apply a layer of wax on contact surface. Clean all contact surfaces, ensure that all parts are fitting and moving easy. Vac Room comes in 3 versions, with surface 0.4, 0.8 and 1.2mm offset from shoe surface. All parts are check for naked edges or errors - therefore all are going to be printable! If the design is good or if the parts are going to fit... that's another story!
