A simple to print diamond sharpening plates holder. Holds 3 170x75 thin plates as in : http://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/o0hMnElS I chose 3 progressive grits : \#800 for establishing the initial bevel (this one is to be used with parsimony or in case of a dent) \#1200 for monthly bevel maintenance (out of this stage the knife should cut pretty nice already) \#2500 for polishing the bevel, finishing makes the edge finer / sharper (very light pressure on this one) The grooves are intended to accommodate a 3mm thick rubber strip : http://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/nn7qUKDS
