Marine Boat - Inspection Hatch 100mm Update: 21 Dec 2019 - New Cover with a rim offset with 0.4mm. It comes with two gaskets - 2.5 and 3mm thickness; therefore compression of gasket will be 0.5 for first type and 1.0mm for the second! Print the gaskets using TPU filament. Keep in mind that the gasket have a trapezoidal section, and it will required to be press fit to position! If you have problems printing TPU see my Cura settings for some TPU printed parts: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3812899 ...however, in the sample mention above I use a FLOW of 130%. Those gaskets needs to be somehow elastic, and not so stiff! I recommend to use a flexible filament... and a flow of 100%! If anyone know better settings for our situation here... welcome to share the info! It use M5 countersunk bolts - 8 units. All parts are check for naked edges or errors - therefore all are going to be printable! If the design is good or if the parts are going to fit... that's another story!
