M3x6 Eurorack rail screw
Description
Just a simple screw for Eurorack synth to avoid scratches and screwdrivers. I've successfully printed this tiny screw with a 0,1mm layer height and increasing the wall line count to the point to simulate a 100% infil. Obviously you can also simply use a 100% infil. I've used "exclusive slicing tollerance" in Cura and the screw worked perfectly. IMPORTANT: Keep in mind that a 3D printed screw, expecially if in a not so performing material like PLA is way more fragile than an actual iron screw or a nylon one. This screw is suposed to be tigtened only by hand, you just have to lock your module in place so go slow. Use a screwdriver only to unscrew and only if really needed because you will probably break the head of the screw anyway. So, if you are unsure of what are you doing and you don't wanna risk, just print the washer and use it with common steel screws.
