ULTIMATE Bowden Extruder Silencer!

Then I found this part which inspired me to do my own version: - http://bit.ly/2EFPCrW I didn't like that it's so huge and makes extruder so far from the carriage. So I have designed this part. It's a lot smaller, requires less material and extruder is almost in the same place. Of course, it's also deadly silent now ;) **ATTENTION!** As filly54 said Two Trees changed the extruder mount. The distance between the mounting holes is now 54mm instead of 60mm. Measure Your mount before printing, and choose right version. v2 is 60mm, v2_60mm is of course 60mm ;) I'm also using **TMC2209** on the extruder. It helps a lot and works with the Linear Advance (unlike the TMC2208) and makes the extruder Ultra silent. I bought mine drivers here: - http://bit.ly/TMC-2209 Use 40D Flex material or stiffer for printing this part. On the first version the extruder was falling a bit which I didn't like, so I have made v2 version - It works much better! :D **Changelog:** - 03.03.2020 - Added new version with 54 mm hole spacing.
