Geeetech A30 Z MGN12H Linear rail mod
Description
This is a great mod, but it isn't "plug&play" like the X and Y axis. It requires several calibrations. I printed all in PETG with 100% infill and all layers at 0.3. Infact, printing a 0.3 first layer and 0.2 the others, I had last layer missing and so a gap. So, check the preview of slicer before print. I had to drill the 4 holes of metal supports with a 6mm tip, to have a little bit of "play" You need - 2x 500mm MGN12H rail, 2x MGN12H blocks http://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/FRtpNpfK - 8x M3x8 screws for MGN12H blocks and about 8x M3x8 screws http://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/2B6eKbYy - M3 T-nuts for rail http://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/qsa9Hg2c The X motor needs to be reversed.
