Plantronics Savi W740 ear bud adapter
Description
This is a little small and will need to be scaled up around 5 to 15 percent. This was printed with a mix of Siraya Tenacious (90%) and Blue (10%) resins. Tenacious is a somewhat flexible resin, so my piece was printed about 7% oversized and was a very tight fit so to not come off. This can be printed on an FDM printer as well. My test model was PLA but I think TPU with a tight fit would probably be best. If printed in PLA I would either heat the piece with a lighter and slide it on while hot for a tight fit, otherwise may want to glue it on.
