Motor and pulley for belt inside 3030 extrusion.
Description
Edit: just added a simple motor mount that seems to fit. Didn't yet have time to test it though, as the motor I used needs a bigger driver than the one I have laying around. Construction is pretty straightforward. You use longer bolts for the bottom of the stepper motor and use a washer to lock a 22x7 bearing into place (8mm ID). I'm working on a new printer based on 3030 T Slot profiles, specifically working on the X where I am installing mgn 12 sliders. I want to run my belts inside the profile but a standard pulley is too small. This thing uses a 22mm by 7mm bearing (inner diameter 8mm) and transports a belt from the front of the extrusion to the back. Later I will add a motor which works slightly different that direct drive... It is pretty easy to print, no supports needed. 2 halves make a whole. The pictures should also give a clear idea on how to install the thingy :)
