PowerOne PocketCharger Case
Description
A slide-in case for the Varta PowerOne PocketCharger (Size 13, 312 and 10). No LED holes or charging port in the model - you will have to add these or drill manually once printed. It doesn't look pretty, but this might be useful if you have cracked the case open and replaced the barrel jack for their non-standard charging cable with a micro-usb socket in its place, and don't want to glue the housing shut again in the event you might need to rework it like I did. In my case I was not smart and I glued the case shut, but had to rip it open after my bad soldering failed. I soon realised that I needed something to hold it shut properly after making such a mess of the case, as the batteries do rely on having a good contact to charge and discharge correctly. After some pondering I concluded that a slide-in case with a tight fit is less permanent than just using more glue was :) Photo actually shows a previous revision where I got some tolerances wrong due to a measurement error, so I snapped the side off and glued it back in place before re-measuring a few times and adjusting the model.
