MGN12 carriages for SeeMeCNC's barbells. For each carriage you will need * 4 McMaster M3 Heatserts https://www.mcmaster.com/94180a331 * 4 M3x16 Screws (Mount to MGN12H car) * 2 M3x20 Screws (Barbell) * 2 M3x12 Screws (Belt Retainers) * 1 M3x12 Screw (Bottom Stiffener) * 7 M3 washers This uses McMaster M3 Heatserts, 4 per carriage. Two for the barbell, one for the belt tensioner screw and 1 for the strengthening screw at the bottom of the block. https://www.mcmaster.com/94180a331 It should be a drop in replacement for the existing carriages on an Ultibots D300VS. I used 750mm long MGN12 rails. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3962350 is useful for aligning the rails when mounting them.
