Hypercube BLV Conversion
Description
These are the parts I used/modified/created to do a BLV conversion on my Hypercube. Thanks goes out to [Tech2C](https://www.thingiverse.com/Tech2C) for the original Hypercube design and to [EdNiedziejko](https://www.thingiverse.com/EdNiedziejko) for the BLV Fusion work he did in melding the [Hypercube](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1752766) and the [BLV mgn Cube](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3382718). I also want to thank the team at [ZestyTech](https://www.thingiverse.com/ZestyTech) for their support, guidance and willingness to help out. I went through several iterations on some of these before finally arriving at what is currently posted. The carrier plate was heavily customized and combines a basic blank plate with the generic Zesty Nimble V2 mount and cooling clamp. I opted to use the rear duct fan as I feel it provides better cooling than the more compact one that is included with the V2 design - albeit at a cost of a reduced Y dimension. I opted to use the 40mm fan cover after breaking fins on a couple fans. This also reduces the Y dimension but I recessed the mounting cap head screws to lessen the impact. The mount for the induction probe has been lengthened and also moved forward 5mm to provide clearance for the fan duct. The mating face has also been narrowed to provide clearance when mounting it to the carrier. The belt clamp for the front carrier is a very tight fit but once in place with the belts tightened down should rarely, if ever, need to be adjusted again.
