Christmas Tree Ornament
Description
This is a christmas tree bulb ornament with a tree made out of "snowflakes" inside a wire bulb. I printed this on a Prusa Mk3 in separate pieces. I used supports on the "ornament" bulb STL. It takes a bit of assembly work - I built the tree separately and then finagled it into the bulb. The star slips onto the ring. I also glued the trunk to the star. The trunk could be designed a bit better. Let me know if you have any questions! Units: Tree ("snowflake branches") and trunk in mm, but ornament, star, and ring are in inches. To design the "snowflake branches", I used Solidworks' "sketch picture" function to copy the pattern given on this site: https://www.instructables.com/id/Laser-Cut-Christmas-Tree/
