Tronxy X5SA PRO Direct Drive BMG-M + Mosquito Hotend Mount
Description
This is my version of a direct drive conversion for the Tronxy X5SA-PRO (although it may work with the X5SA too, untested) featuring a Bondtech BMG-M extruder, Mosquito hotend, BLTouch and dual fans. I'm using this stepper motor for the extruder (with a 26mm body): https://www.printedsolid.com/products/ldo-nema-17-motor-overthemoon-ldo-42sth25-1004ac I've included the STEP file for the mount in case your stepper motor has different dimensions. The mount attaches to the stock carriage using the stock bolts that holds the two sides of the carriage together (remove the two standoffs that the original hotend was mounted to). I used fluid simulation while designing the shrouds to maximize the airflow right at the tip of the nozzle. Note there are two different fan shrouds (one is labeled "right") as the nozzle is slightly offset from the center. You can get away with mounting just a single fan too, but I provided a set of spacer you can print to mount a second fan on the right. BLTouch offset from nozzle is 34.5mm in the Y axis and 2.7mm in the Z axis (although I'm using 2.5mm with my Duet and it seems to work perfectly). NOTE: This version does not have a mount for the X-axis homing switch as I'm currently using sensorless homing with my Duet2
