Filament guide Creality CR-10S Pro (print in place & clip-on) / Filamentführung
Description
This is a filament guide that I designed for the Creality CR-10S Pro. It prevents the edge of the hole in the filament runout sensor from scraping off filament particles and it reduces friction. It's also a must-have for printing flexibles with the stock spool holder. It is designed so that it doesn't cover up the blue LED of the Sensor. Print with support. After removing the support just clip it on the filament runout sensor and you're fine. Edit: Printed in PLA the clip looses tension over time (though mine still works fine in PLA), so better use PETG or similar materials that keep the tension better. Diese Filamentführung habe ich für den Creality CR-10S Pro konstruiert. Sie verhindert das Abschaben von Filament an der Bohrung des Filamentsensors und reduziert die Reibung insgesamt. Außerdem unerlässlich für das Drucken von flexiblen Materialien mit dem originalen Spulenhalter. Die blaue LED des Sensors ist weiterhin sichtbar. Die Filamentführung wird mit Support gedruckt und wird nach dem Entfernen des Supports auf den Filamtsensor geclipst. Edit: Wenn ihr den Clip aus PLA druckt, kann er mit der Zeit an Vorspannung verlieren (trotz dessen funktioniert er bei mir noch einwandfrei), daher verwendet besser PETG oder andere Materialien, welche die Vorspannung besser aufrechterhalten.
