IKEA work desk
Description
Wanted a huge desk for my computer, work and misc, without any middle leg/support so I can move freely from side to side in the office chair. Resulting desk is strong enough to handle 100kg load placed in the middle. Once obtained cut preciselly to align with solid mount points on the desks. If you don't know where the mount points are check the strucutre video linked above. - 2x - 300 cm 25x25mm square pipe (front, back) - 3x - 60 cm 20x20mm square pipe (left, middle, right) - 20x - screws to replace original IKEA Olov as we need them 30mm longer than original - 55mm long with 4 or 5mm diameter are ok - 8x - KNAUF TN35 - used on the clamps, redesign the clamps if you'll use different screws **Filament** - 1 Kg PETG or ABS **TODO** 1. Obtain required items 2. Print the models **Your desk relies on these!!!** Do **NOT** attempt to save printing time on perimeters, top/bottom layers or lower infill. 2.1. 4x klamerkovec 2.2. 2x concept 1.2 && 2x horizontaly flipped 2.3. OPTIONAL: 2x cable grommet https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2225786 3. Prepare the pipes while models are being printed 3.1. Cut them to exact length 3.2. deburr the ends 3.3. paint-job 4. Assembly as seen in the gallery linked above Glue not required but recommended Marked *"Work-In-Progress"* as the models might change based on the desk usage experience.
