It's a Mountain Giant Proxy for Blood Rage (Kickstarter exclusive) closer to the card, and with some detail re-sculpted on the model (Op1). Option 2 has the hair, Option 3 is just a weapon replacement and some fixes on a pretty nice model found. Any should make for a pretty accurate model to put into your game.
