Tiltable LEDs for ehajos fumetractor (smart solder fume extractor)

English ==================== Description --------------------- I was missing the possibility to tilt the LED light of the fumetractor in a way to get a better light on my parts which I was soldering. So I decided to create a design with a hinge to add this future to the fumetractor. For links to the shop to get your fumetractor, see down below. ### Additional parts: - 5x M3 nut - 2x M3 washer & 2x 10mm M3 Screw (used to mount the hinge to the fumetractor) - 2x 5mm M3 oval head screw (used to mount the LED bar to the hinge) - 1x 40mm M3 cylinder head screw (used for the hinge) ### Note: - It could be that you have to extend the wires for the LED light by ~2cm. - Use a 3mm drill to open the holes of part **fumetractor_led_hinges_01.stl** entirely. Deutsch ==================== Beschreibung --------------------- Mir fehlte die Möglichkeit die optionale LED Leiste des fumetractor zu neigen um eine bessere Beleuchtung während des Lötvorgangs zu erreichen. Daher habe ich ein Scharnier entworfen, welches an den fumetractor sowie die LED Leiste montiert werden kann. Links zum Shop findet ihr weiter unten. ### Benötigtes Material: - 5x M3 Mutter - 2x M3 Unterlegscheibe & 2x 10mm M3 Linsenkopfschraube (zur Montage der Konstruktion an den fumetractor) - 2x 5mm M3 Linsenkopfschraube (zur Montage der LED Lichtleiste) - 1x 40mm M3 Zylinderschraube (für das Scharnier) ### Hinweise - Ggf. muss das LED-Kabel um 2/3 cm verlängert werden. - Die Löcher des Models **fumetractor_led_hinges_01.stl** können mit einem 3mm Bohrer (am besten für Metall) aufgebohrt werden.
