VW Touran Air Flaps rear
Description
Air flap with coupler for VW Touran 1T1, 1T2. Rear side. Printed with 100% infill I recommend drill all holes on the coupler with 3mm borer after print. This will help with assembly flaps on the coupler no matter your printer calibration. Flap has a small tab on the end of pin. You have to push flap over this small tab which prevent flap slip from pin. You have to install 1 to 5 flaps on the coupler and then the whole assembly into ventilation. I printed from PLA for assembly test, but you should use PETG or ABS since temperature inside car in summer will be over 50°C.
