3018 pro Z axis 500w 55mm Spindle Upgrade

Summary Hello, I have make a new support for my 500W brushless Spindle upgrade on my 3018 pro CNC. The spindle is send with an aluminium support, but this piece can't be fixed on the CNC without a modification of the Z axis. To fix the aluminium plate, I have use 4 M6 screws (70mm long), with loosening preventive nut inserted in the print. The infill is at 50%, to have a very strong print and low deformations. You'll also need 2 linear ball bearings (8mmx15mmx25mm)to fix the mount on the X axis. The new support allows the z axis to rise 10mm higher than the original support. I hope it could help you !
