Enclosure air supply system - Anycubic

Enclosure air supply system - Anycubic

Description

The temperatures in my enclosure were too high for long printing times with PET-G and PLA. Therefore I was forced to construct a supply and exhaust air system. For ABS the supply air system can be closed. I also use the exhaust air fan with ABS to create a (more or less) "negative" pressure and to draw the air through the filters. The ABS smell could be reduced significantly. In addition I advise against SUNLU ABS, because it smells much more. This supply air system can be installed anywhere. It is designed for an enclosure wall thickness of 19mm (more is no problem). If you have a thin-walled enclosure, you can simply mount the fan on the outside. I have used a 92x92x14mm fan from Noctua. https://noctua.at/de/nf-a9x14-hs-pwm-chromax-black-swap To supply the cold air from below, the anycubic had to be placed on the squash feet / legs. You will find many examples at thingiverse. Mounting: First I have the two upper parts connected with tape before I fix them with 4mmx10mm screws. I screw the fan onto the mounting plate and according to the wall thickness onto the opposite side I have posted the exhaust air with HEPA+Active Carbon filter separately. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4076795 I am always grateful for comments and pointing out errors
