Vacuum cleaner wheel for Zanussi ZAN 1660
Description
Replacement wheels for Zanussi ZAN 1660 vacuum cleaner, stock wheel plastic is disintegrated to dust (and hot glue not help...). It have defects on top shell because i use 5% infill for all except central part (it 20% infill) No additional supports needed, "Cap" part have integrated supports, it easy brake-off. I use ABS because it more impact resistant than PLA. To assemble need M5 bolt and M5 nut (and i add drop of "loctite" to secure nut), also good idea to apply silicone grease to friction surfaces. Fusion 360 source included.
