Electrical Panel - Main Lug Cover
Description
When adding a new branch circuit to my house, I always turn off the main breaker in the electrical panel, but the two main lugs entering from outside always remain hot/dangerous. In order to minimize any wayward wire from touching the main lug, I created these simple covers. They are sturdy and held in place by friction. They were measured and fit my MURRAY brand load center perfectly. Obviously only use if you know what you are doing and think it will be helpful! Electricity can kill you so I don't take any responsibility for that!
