ender 3 control box with Pi and 3 buck converters
Description
This is a box to remotely mount your control box and lcd for the ender 3. The bottom layer holds a raspberry pi and 3 standard buck converters. you can run the pi off of a buck converter or it has a slot for a power cord. it also has a slot for the ribbon cable to a pi cam. It takes a standard 80mm pc case fan witch I run off one of the buck converters to adjust the speed so it's not so loud. it is meant to have positive airflow that comes in at the fan directly on the control board then goes down through the vents and across the Pi and buck converters before exiting out the front. my pi runs at about 40C while printing in this case. the two layers are a tight friction fit and you may need to sand the pegs a little to get them in. this way they don't fall apart if you pick it up. here I installed the skr mini e3 board but the dimensions are identical for the original board. enjoy
