Anderson Power Pole 2 x 5
Description
anderson power pole mount, 2 x 5. This was for a custom Power Distribution Box that my friend built. See below for details and let me know if you want the BOM. I can provide it. It's a DC power distribution box for use in amateur radio. DC comes in thru the large 75A powerpole connector on the side. There is a large high current shottky diode pair for reverse polarity protection on the input. The power gets distributed to the array of 10 each 40A powerpole connectors thru 5 DC circuit breakers; 1ea. 5A, 1ea. 10A, 2 ea. 20A, 1 ea. 35A. Each of the 5 breakers provides power to the two powerpole connectors above and inline with the breaker. There is a shunted voltage/ammeter that reads input voltage and total current. There is a boost/buck DC to DC supply that provides 5V at 5A to the two USB-A connectors on the top of the box. The small toggle switch on top is for switching on/off the volt/amp meter.
