<h1>* English *</h1> Mount for 4Max - E3D V6 Clone Hotend I'm still testing the mount and the dust (installed on 3 printers since december/january). 1. Support only needed when the printings overhang is bigger than 70° from the bottom. For the best result set the support manually. 2. PLA is okay for printing but I recommend ABS, especially for the dust. 3. The parts positions are ready for print. Info: With the "E3D_V6_Bauteilkuehlung_V4.0a.stl" you gain about 14mm room (depends on the setting of the endstop) on X. It's possible now to clean the nozzle outside of the bed. UPDATE: 24.01.2019 - Holes for hotend fan change to 3mm screws - file delete: E3D_V6_Bauteilkuehlung_V4.2a.stl - add picture: mounting holes for endstop whitout dust <h1>* Deutsch * </h1> Aufbau für E3D V6 Clone Hotend für 4Max Aufbau und Bauteilkühlung befindet sich noch in der Testphase(auf 3 Druckern seit Anfang Januar, 1 davon seit Dezember) 1. Stützen Teilweise notwendig: erst über 70° Überhang und nur vom Boden, oder am besten manuell Setzen. 2. ABS ist empfohlen, für Bauteilkühlung sogar bevorzugt, PLA geht ansonsten auch. 3. Die Teile sind so gedreht wie sie von mir gedruckt worden sind Info: Mit "E3D_V6_Bauteilkuehlung_V4.0a.stl" gewinnt man ca. 14mm (je nach Endschaltereinstellung) an Platz auf der X-Achse und somit ist es möglich die Düse abseits des Druckbettes abzuwischen.
