Yet another spool drawer organizer. This organizer is designed for Gembird brand of spools only!!! Nozzle: 0.4mm Layer height: 0.3mm Wall line count: 4 Infill: 0% There are 2 kinds of drawers in files, with one or three chambers. Drawers meant to be printed with 0.4mm nozzle, wall thickness 1.6mm (4 walls). Use wall thickness of 4 walls and 0% infill to keep screw hole reliably connected to body of drawer. Other things to buy: - 8mm threaded rod - M8 nuts & washers (4 of each per spool) - M3x16 (or similar length) hex screws to connect drawers to spool - 6mm drill to drill holes for drawers to spool - bearing 608 (2 per spool). An old ones from your rolling skates are just fine for this application.
