20AH Bioenno Case with Slots for Webbing Handles
Description
Protective shell for a 20AH Bioenno LiFePO4 battery. The outsides of the case aren't as durable as I'd like so I made a shell to go over it. This is a revised version with slots for 3/4" webbing to make handles out of from feedback on Reddit. The top is also reinforced vs the original. Original design is here. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4123246 The screws in the corner are 8-32's, they are modeled threads but we all know they won't print quite right so running a tap through them works great. The threads are .75" deep. I was able to put machine screws in this version without a tap, but I would still recommend cleaning them up with a tap. I used 3/4" nylon webbing and sewed two loops for handles.
