Mini Lathe for Dremmel Tool
Description
I desired to design a mini lathe powered by Dremmel Tool but almost without external parts. This design requires only a one ball bearing 10x3x3 and a single M3 screw with a nut to prepare a good working tailstock. I think using a ball bearing is a good idea here as Dremmel works on pretty high rotation speeds. As for chuck I use a cut wood screw. I worked with this lathe and made a nice wooden jewellery parts. I designed also a version with support for a tool but as it is not checked in action I didn't publish it yet. I want to share only proven designs. I printed this thing without supports using PLA. Dremmel Tool you just screw into the lathe. The tailstock tightening is done manually with the second part which you slightly push and screw to the table. The lathe requires mounting on the corner of the table. From the community projects I used here some Dremmel adapter I cannot find anymore and nut/bolt customizer tool: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:193647
