Azimuth adjuster for iEXOS 100
Description
(German below / Deutsch weiter unten) A problem with the iEXOS-100 mount by Explore Scientific is that one can’t really adjust the azimuth during polar alignment. However, there is already an M8 thread on the tripod, which was probably meant from the beginning for mounting an azimuth adjuster. So I designed just such a thing. You will need an M8x25 cylinder head screw to mount the adjuster, two M6 hex nuts and two M6x30 screws, preferably thumb screws made from nylon. Ein Problem mit der iEXOS-100 Montierung von Explore Scientific ist, dass man den Azimut bei der Polachsenausrichtung nicht vernünftig justieren kann. Am Stativ selber ist allerdings schon ein M8-Gewinde vorhanden, das vermutlich von Anfang an für die Montage einer Azimut-Justage vorgesehen war. Also habe ich mir so ein Teil konstruiert und ausgedruckt. Man benötigt außerdem noch eine M8x25 Zylinderkopfschraube zur Befestigung am Stativ, zwei M6 Muttern und zwei M6x30 Schrauben, am besten Rändelschrauben aus Nylon.
