Modular Lamp v1.4 for 12v G4 - A+++
Description
This is just working progress. Here in Italy, a light Bulb cost about 10 euro and every bulb got a power transformer inside. If in your house you have 20 bulbs then you have 20 power transformer. Basically, my idea is to make a 12v light system that can work also off-grid, and costs less than a bulb. On Amazon, you can buy ten packs of 3,5W lightboxes and ten holders for less than 25 euro (Less on Bangood ). With ten bulbs you can make 5 lamps and lighting a 15/25 square meter room with a single 12v 3A power supply (10 euro or less). The plastic part is about 2/3 € of Pla so with 5/6 euro you'll have a fully functional light to hang to the wall, not a single light bulb. For the knob, I used an M5 bolt. Just push nuts and bolts into the plastic and screw them together. I use a vinyl mirror sticker to have more light but this is up to you. For the joint, I used a 32 x 5 mm circular neodymium magnet and two M5 bolts. In this way, the two pieces stay together but can rotate at the same time. more to come...
